Return Policy

Return Policy: Any product may be returned within 30 days of its purchase. You must notify us by phone (888-581-4442), fax (864-757-1437), e-mail (questions@webnd.com) or a letter (Renewal& Wellness, 3100 Grandview Drive, Simpsonville, SC 29681) with your desire to return a product. Be sure to list the reason for the return. Provided the product is returned pre-paid and undamaged, with the factory seal unbroken, a refund of the product price will be made, less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds cannot be made for shipping costs. If you ordered by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, the return will be made on the card you used. If your order is by cashiers check or money order, the refund will be made by check. No refund will be made until the product has been received by our Simpsonville, SC distribution center which is listed above.
