Return Policy: Any product may be returned within 30 days of its purchase as long as the following conditions are met. You must FIRST get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our office. We will not accept returns without the RAN number. Any returns without a RAN will be returned to you at your cost.
Make the RAN visible on the outside of the box in bold type so it is recognizable.
To get the RAN, You can request it by phone (888-581-4442), fax (864-312-3494), e-mail (email@example.com) or a letter (WebND or Renewal & Wellness, 25 Woods lake Road, Suit 505, Greenville, SC 29607) with your desire to return a product. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT without the RAN. Be sure to list the reason for the return. Provided the product is returned pre-paid and undamaged, with the factory seal unbroken, a refund of the product price will be made, less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds cannot be made for shipping costs.
If you ordered by Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express, the return will be made on the card you used. If your order is by cashiers check or money order, the refund will be made by check. No refund will be made until the product has been received by our Greenville, SC distribution center which is listed above. It may take up to 10 days for your credit to be processed and actually deposited into your account.
