·      High Blood Pressure (HBP)

o      High blood pressure is very sensitive to nutrition and exercise. The right plan may be able to get you free from the need for HBP medication.

·      ADD, ADHD and Bi-Polar

·      High cholesterol and High triglycerides

o      Diet is very important in the management of high cholesterol and triglycerides.

·       Fibromyalgia

o      Fibromyalgia is believed to be caused by excessive gut toxicity. Proper nutrition can many times help to alleviate the symptoms. We have a lot of successful experience with fibromyalgia.

·       Arthritis

o      Without the proper building blocks of health the body can’t build and repair joints or provide the materials to keep joints cushioned or lubricated.

·       Digestive Disorders

o      Crohnes, IBS, Colitis and acid reflux respond very positively to good nutrition.

·       High Blood Sugar, in most cases diabetes is manageable through proper nutrition

·       Fatigue

o      There is no question that the cause of fatigue in most cases is due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Stress management techniques are also important. Many times fatigue can be as simple as dehydration.

·       Cancers

o      According to the American Cancer Society nutrition is very important in the prevention of cancers.  Many fruits and vegetables have phytonutrients that may provide protection against certain cancers. The American Institute for Cancer research says on its web site “Scientists estimate that about a third of the most common cancers could be prevented by eating a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight.”

·       Sports Nutrition

o      Nutrition is critical for athletic performance!  You can’t produce energy on demand, build and repair joints and muscle tissues and recover from vigorous exercise quickly if you are deficient in critical nutrients. In addition, the proper balance of nutrients before a vigorous event can be critical to your performance.
